OLD ENFIELD (COMING SOON)

The entry to the property is defined by a steel gate framed by mature cherry laurels on either side, creating a welcoming and structured threshold. From the gate, pocket plantings set within a composition of river rock and pavers guide you toward the entry of the yard.

As you approach the front door, a pathway of pavers set within pea gravel leads the way, softened by pockets of lush native and adapted plantings that bring texture, color, and seasonal interest to the entry experience. To the left of the approach, a generous multi-use open space sits beneath the canopy of a large existing oak tree. This shaded area is designed to remain flexible—an inviting place for gathering, relaxing, or informal play—surrounded by layered planting beds that enhance the natural character of the space.

Existing decking is thoughtfully incorporated to create landings and access points into the home. Steel planters line the side of the house and extend between the landings, helping to organize circulation while introducing clean, modern lines that contrast with the softness of the surrounding plantings. On the opposite side of the entry sequence, bluestone pavers set within pea gravel lead toward the backyard amenities. This path connects to the pool area, where a seating space offers a place to relax poolside. Adjacent to the pool, a turf play area provides an open and durable surface for kids and grandkids to run and play. Lush plantings wrap the yard and provide texture and depth throughout the landscape, while privacy screening along the fence line helps create a sense of enclosure and retreat.

Overall, the design transforms the property into a modern and welcoming outdoor environment—one that balances open gathering spaces with intimate garden moments, creating a beautiful setting for family and friends to spend time together and enjoy the outdoors.
